Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads within the Greater New Orleans area.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track sales activities and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
