Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Assist customers in resolving technical issues, account questions, and service inquiries.
- Collaborate with the training team to master product knowledge and sales techniques during the initial training phase.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Identify upselling opportunities and promote new services to meet departmental revenue targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace (required for remote applicants).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- A self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Availability to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours per week).
