Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls from customers seeking support and information.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM software and database systems.
- Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and basic account adjustments.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Maintain a professional, calm demeanor while handling difficult situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a track record of attendance.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
