Responsibilities
- General Administration: Manage incoming calls and emails with a professional demeanor, routing inquiries to the appropriate team members promptly.
- Document Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and prepare internal reports.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule meetings, manage conference room bookings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Office Operations: Monitor office supply inventory, coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Customer Support: Assist visitors and clients with inquiries, providing a welcoming first impression of the company.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional administrative or office support experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
