Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain our value proposition to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies.
- Attend weekly training sessions to sharpen sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (training provided).
- Able to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed.
