Responsibilities
- Answer incoming technical support tickets and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues for clients in real-time.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and system errors in our ticketing system accurately.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers while keeping the customer informed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by providing clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
- Collaborate with the QA team to identify trends in technical issues and suggest improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to company security protocols and data privacy standards during all interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Windows and web browsers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
