Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Prepare examination rooms and medical equipment for overnight procedures
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care continuity
- Respond to patient call bells and provide timely assistance throughout the night
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Stock and organize medical supplies in designated departments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during 8-12 hour shifts
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation for consistent night shift scheduling
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
