Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient support under supervision, including vitals monitoring and basic care assistance
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using electronic health record systems
- Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure seamless shift transitions and patient care continuity
- Respond to patient calls and requests promptly with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment in clinical areas

Qualifications
