Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, feeding, and mobility
- Respond to patient call bells within 3 minutes and address immediate needs
- Collaborate with night shift nurses on care plans and medication administration
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient rooms and common areas
- Participate in emergency response drills and real-life scenarios
- Complete shift handover reports with precise detail and clarity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (CNA certification preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer skills for EHR documentation
- Valid CPR certification (will be provided if not certified)
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Previous healthcare experience not required – we train!
