Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures during night shifts
- Perform basic clinical tasks including vital signs, EKGs, and specimen collection
- Maintain accurate patient records and electronic health documentation
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide basic care instructions
- Collaborate with night shift nursing and administrative teams
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior medical experience necessary (training provided)
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Must pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- CPR certification preferred (will be provided if needed)
