Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to technical support tickets and customer inquiries during night shifts.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic software and hardware issues for clients.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our internal CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy (typing, navigating the internet, using Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 7 AM or 11 PM - 8 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo a paid training program.
