Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress in EHR systems
- Assist with mobility, medication administration, and daily living activities
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain sterile environments and follow infection control protocols
- Respond to emergency situations per established protocols
- Participate in continuous training and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedule
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided during training)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
- Willingness to obtain state certification (training provided)
