Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone and email during the night shift regarding shipment status and logistics inquiries.
- Utilize the provided training materials to accurately resolve Tier 1 customer issues.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback into our CRM system efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures through ongoing training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete training modules successfully.
