- Assist customers with product inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our internal systems.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets for call volume and resolution.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or specific degrees are required; we provide full training.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during late hours.
