Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with their questions regarding products and services.
- Data Entry & Processing: Accurately input customer information and process transactions within established timeframes.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate complex problems to senior support staff.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend team to ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal software quickly.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and provide solutions to customer needs efficiently.
