What You Will Do:
As a Night Shift Customer Service Associate, you will be the voice of our brand. You will handle high-volume inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure our clients feel valued, even during the late hours.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails during night shifts.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Follow all company scripts and quality assurance guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation (as night shifts may affect public transit availability).
