Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Assist customers with product information, sales, and account management during your training period.
- Learn and master our proprietary CRM and internal software systems quickly.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database.
