Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure packaging standards are met to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with consistent reliability.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
