Responsibilities
- Define and implement the core architectural vision for the 2026 platform, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Lead the migration strategy to next-generation protocols and quantum-ready cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and researchers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct architectural reviews and code audits to maintain system integrity and performance standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and C++ with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Proven experience designing scalable distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
- Familiarity with quantum computing architectures and neural network frameworks is highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
