Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive futures research frameworks to identify emerging trends through 2026
- Produce scenario-planning models and strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and threats
- Analyze technological, social, and economic disruptors to inform product development
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight insights into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Drive innovation pipelines by identifying high-impact opportunities for market disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and qualitative research
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Portfolio demonstrating applied foresight projects with measurable impact
