- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven methodology
- Mentor futurist apprentices through Horizon's incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to market
- Proficiency in AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trend Hunter)
- Fluency in at least two future-critical languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish)
