Our Austin-based innovation lab operates at the bleeding edge of predictive analytics, biotechnology, and quantum computing. You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley architects, and government futurists to shape the decade defining technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum biology, climate tech) to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients in aerospace, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Scenario' workshops with C-suite executives
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies and their societal impacts
- Design exponential innovation roadmaps for 2030+ market readiness
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and World Economic Forum on horizon-scanning initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published work in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major tech publications
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
