Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through market analysis and trend forecasting

- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
- Manage a $5M R&D budget for experimental initiatives
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on joint research projects

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leader with 500+ citations in academic journals
- Fluency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
