Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical roadmap and architectural vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of processing real-time data streams at scale.
- Technical Execution: Oversee the implementation of core algorithms and infrastructure, ensuring code quality and performance benchmarks are met.
- Team Mentorship: Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing engineering team focused on innovation and excellence.
- R&D Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, deploying cutting-edge AI models into production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all systems adhere to industry standards and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Experience with Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
- AI/ML: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and large language models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical problems under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
