Responsibilities
- Define and drive the architectural vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and technical excellence.
- Lead the design and implementation of high-performance distributed systems, focusing on quantum-resistant encryption and AI integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, and research—to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous technical reviews and code audits to maintain system integrity and scalability.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in quantum computing, AI, and system architecture to propose innovative improvements.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar) or advanced machine learning infrastructure.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams through complex product launches.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
