Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the high-level architecture for Project 2026, aligning technical roadmaps with long-term business objectives.
- Leadership: Mentor a world-class team of engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and rapid iteration.
- System Design: Oversee the design and implementation of complex, distributed systems capable of handling next-gen workloads and quantum integration.
- Prototyping: Spearhead the development of Proof-of-Concept (PoC) systems to validate cutting-edge technologies and accelerate time-to-market.
- Collaboration: Partner with product management and cross-functional teams to translate abstract concepts into concrete technical solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and compliance across all projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Cloud Native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of delivering breakthrough technologies or leading major R&D initiatives in high-growth environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: A proven track record of thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments requiring creative problem-solving.
