The Role:

Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for future system architectures, identifying emerging technologies to integrate into our core products.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable cloud-native systems capable of handling millions of transactions.
- Lead Engineering Teams: Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead R&D projects focused on predictive AI, machine learning automation, and quantum-ready protocols.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into business value.
- Code Review & Best Practices: Establish and enforce high standards for code quality, security, and system performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or hands-on architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt architectural strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
