Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of the core 2026 Protocol infrastructure, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for microservices, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and cloud-native environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding data scientists, security experts, and product managersâto integrate complex systems seamlessly.
- Lead architectural decision-making to optimize performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations and security standards.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of designing high-scale systems handling millions of requests per second.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with AI/ML pipeline integration and big data technologies (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
