Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning architectural decisions with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, distributed cloud-native systems using microservices and serverless architectures.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including AI/ML pipelines and next-gen data processing frameworks.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance standards are met across all production environments.
- Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Java, Go, or Rust; proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical vision from concept to deployment.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to analyze market trends and anticipate the technological shifts required for the 2026 landscape.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on optimizing performance and scalability under high load.
