Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 AI deployment strategy, focusing on scalable and efficient models.
- Lead a team of 5+ data scientists and engineers, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems, publishing findings in top-tier venues.
- Architect robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support large-scale model training and inference.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate advanced research into production-ready applications.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development, with a proven track record of leading technical projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, including Transformers, GANs, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Ray) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to publish research papers and contribute to open-source communities.
