Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling next-generation computational loads, specifically tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead Advanced R&D: Spearhead research initiatives into cutting-edge areas such as Neuromorphic Computing, Advanced NLP, and Edge AI to maintain our competitive edge.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the long-term technical strategy for AI integration across all product lines, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry standards.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with C-Suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior or leadership role focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), Large Language Models (LLMs), and distributed systems.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Innovation Mindset: A proven track record of driving innovation and successfully deploying AI solutions that have a measurable business impact.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
