Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the design and implementation of Agentic AI workflows, focusing on autonomy and reasoning capabilities.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for inference speed and reduce latency in edge environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, security experts, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality and architectural integrity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a strong understanding of systems programming.
- Proven experience designing and managing Kubernetes clusters and distributed cloud systems (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI model fine-tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
