Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement high-level system architectures for next-gen AI applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Neural Rendering) and integrating them into our core product suite.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and optimization of large language models and neural networks to achieve peak inference efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- R&D Integration: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to validate new AI methodologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Core Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Machine Learning frameworks.
- System Design: Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving unsolved problems in AI scalability.
