Core Responsibilities:
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures capable of processing quantum-ready datasets.
- Pilot 2026 Protocols: Lead the implementation of proprietary AI protocols focused on predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance squad of 10+ software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Bridge the Gap: Collaborate seamlessly with product managers and R&D teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable code.
- Optimization & Security: Oversee system performance optimization and ensure all AI models adhere to the highest security and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Ready Skills: Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, or edge computing is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
