Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect a comprehensive technical strategy for the next three years, focusing on scalable AI infrastructure and deep learning integration.
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, fault-tolerant, and high-performance machine learning systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers and executives to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Research & Development: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces) and integrate viable solutions into our architecture.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference times and reduce latency in our production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), distributed systems, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and translate high-level business strategy into actionable technical roadmaps for the 2026 horizon.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex technical challenges in large-scale environments.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
