Job Description
Shape the Future with Nexus Horizon
We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to spearhead our Project 2026, a revolutionary initiative aimed at redefining generative AI standards for the enterprise sector. In this role, you will not just build models; you will architect the infrastructure that powers the next decade of intelligent automation.
Why Join Us?
At Nexus Horizon, we believe in pushing boundaries. As part of the 2026 Initiative, you will work with a world-class team of data scientists, quantum computing researchers, and product strategists. You will have the autonomy to experiment with cutting-edge technologies and the authority to set technical standards for the industry.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the architectural design for our next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to scalable, cloud-native solutions optimized for 2026 performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols.
- Drive innovation in real-time data processing and edge AI deployment.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps pipelines.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead AI/ML architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to handle petabyte-scale data.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and neural network optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
