Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks for real-time data processing.
- Lead a team of 10+ data scientists and engineers in designing robust AI pipelines and infrastructure.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural strategy for the 2026 evolution of our AI products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to maintain high code quality.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience designing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
