Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize end-to-end deep learning pipelines for large-scale generative AI models.
- Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, focusing on LLM scalability and multimodal AI integration.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in implementing cutting-edge research into production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into robust architectural solutions.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed models.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and model deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning systems in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark, Ray).
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures, transformer models, and reinforcement learning.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
