Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Log and manage support tickets accurately using our CRM system (Zendesk/Salesforce).
- Collaborate with senior engineers to identify root causes of complex technical problems.
- Conduct research on technical solutions to provide accurate, up-to-date answers to customers.
- Participate in daily training workshops and weekly knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Document common issues and resolutions to improve our internal knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux) and networking concepts.
- Willingness to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in the Philadelphia, PA area.
