Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal teams via phone, email, and remote tools
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document technical issues and solutions in knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Participate in 8-week paid training program (40 hrs/week)
- Assist with security audits and compliance tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service with SLA adherence
Qualifications
