Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for 500+ employees
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware/software (Windows/macOS)
- Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Assist with network printer setup, VPN configurations, and mobile device management
- Collaborate with senior engineers on security incident responses
- Participate in quarterly IT audits and system upgrades
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 25lbs for hardware maintenance tasks
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
