Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and remote access.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical problems.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and upgrades.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings.
