Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist clients and team members with technical issues via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Code Assistance: Work alongside senior developers to write, debug, and maintain basic code scripts.
- Data Entry & Management: Ensure accuracy and organization of all project data and customer records.
- Documentation: Learn to create clear, professional documentation for software processes and user manuals.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to stay aligned on project goals.
- Testing: Assist in the quality assurance process by testing new features and reporting bugs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to navigate operating systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot basic issues and think critically to find solutions.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility for occasional overtime.
