Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to 200+ employees
- Troubleshoot Windows/macOS hardware/software issues
- Deploy and configure network infrastructure (routers, switches)
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with security team on incident response
- Support cloud services (Azure/O365) implementations
- Train end-users on new technology deployments
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy (email, browsers, file management)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work standing for 4+ hours
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required
