Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and office applications.
- Assist with the setup of peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Participate in system upgrades and hardware refresh projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer components, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
