Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware (laptops, printers, monitors) and software issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with the deployment of new devices and the migration of data during office moves.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and system issues in the database.
- Collaborate with the Senior IT team to troubleshoot complex network connectivity problems.
- Conduct basic end-user training on new software applications and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites occasionally.
