Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from multiple sources and perform rigorous cleaning to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Reporting: Develop clear, concise, and actionable reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Database Support: Assist in maintaining and updating our SQL databases and documentation.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends and anomalies in data to suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and basic SQL knowledge.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling large datasets and performing quality assurance checks.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn new technologies.
