Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues across 150+ employees
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network connectivity, security protocols, and cloud services
- Create and update technical documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and projects
- Manage helpdesk ticketing system with SLA adherence
- Conduct new employee equipment setup and orientation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and security practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
