Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document support tickets and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system deployments
- Assist with network diagnostics and basic security protocols
- Deliver user training on new software implementations
- Participate in system upgrades and maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and hardware components
