Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain computer equipment, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Monitor system performance and report potential issues to senior IT staff.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certificate in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+ preferred).
